Why Some Dispensaries Don't Accept Apple Pay
You might wonder why not every dispensary in the Bronx accepts Apple Pay. The reason comes down to federal banking laws. Cannabis is still illegal at the federal level, so many banks and payment processors — including those that support Apple Pay — are hesitant to work with cannabis businesses. This means some dispensaries can't offer Apple Pay even if they want to.
At BX Buddiez, we've set up our payment systems to accept Apple Pay through compliant processors. That's why you can use your iPhone to pay for weed delivery in the Bronx with us, while other shops might only take cash or debit. If Apple Pay is your preferred method, it's worth checking with a dispensary before ordering — or just come to us, and you're all set.
